Privacy, refunds, and support boundaries

The MVP retention target is to delete raw uploads 30 days after the last export while keeping structured project data tied to the active subscription.

Product support only: access, downloads, workbook usage, and basic troubleshooting.

No. Support is limited to product support and does not extend to individualized audit consulting, legal review, or classification advice.
