Terms for using Workers Comp Audit Prep
These terms are meant to explain how the site, downloadable products, and app-related features may be used.
1. Using this site and these products
By using Workers Comp Audit Prep, you agree to use the site and products only for lawful business and internal operational purposes.
The site and products are intended to help with organization, reconciliation, and audit-packet preparation. They are not sold as legal, tax, payroll, brokerage, or binding classification advice.
2. Digital product access and license
When you purchase a downloadable kit, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased files inside your own business or client-service workflow.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share purchased files as a public download, template pack, or competing product.
3. Product scope and no-advice boundary
- The products are organizational and operational tools.
- They do not provide legal advice.
- They do not provide tax advice.
- They do not provide binding class-code or rating advice.
- They do not replace your broker, accountant, payroll provider, or attorney.
4. Checkout, refunds, and support
Public pricing, product structure, and support scope are described on the site. Digital purchases are subject to the posted refund policy.
Support is limited to product support: access, downloads, workbook usage, and basic troubleshooting. It does not include individualized audit consulting or advisory services.
5. Accounts, subscriptions, and app access
Certain features may require an account or active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Audit Packet Builder is positioned as an annual product, and app access may be limited, suspended, or discontinued if billing, abuse, or security issues arise.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or app.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- Do not use the product to make unsupported legal or classification claims on behalf of others.
7. No guarantee of audit outcome
Workers Comp Audit Prep does not guarantee a premium outcome, audit result, classification result, or dispute outcome. The products are sold as preparation tools only.
